Things you need:
- Turmeric powder- ¼ cup
- Filtered water- ½ cup
- Grounded pepper- ½ tsp
- Take ¼ cup of turmeric powder and add ½ cup of water to it.
- Start cooking the solution in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Stir it continuous and add ½ tsp of grounded pepper to it.
- Allow it to cook properly until you get a thick and smooth paste of turmeric.
- Store the paste in a glass jar and refrigerate it.
Things you need:
- Turmeric paste- ¼ tsp
- Honey(as per taste)- 1 tsp
- Almond milk- 1 cup
- Coconut oil- 1 tsp
- Heat almond milk on low heat and add ¼ tsp of turmeric paste and 1 tsp of coconut oil to it.
- Stir it well while heating. Once the milk is boiled properly turn off the heat.
- Let the milk cool down to room temperature and then add 1 tsp of honey to it.
- Stir it well and enjoy your drink!
