  1. First tilt your head towards the ceiling and look up. You can also fix your eyes towards the ceiling to get the right posture.
  2. Now, count 10 numbers while holding this position. Keep your lips tight.
  3. Later relax for a while and again repeat the stretch.
  4. Make a repetition of stretch 10-20 times each time lifting up your jaw and holding the upper view position.
