Exercise 2- Elbow kiss

  1. Level your arms to your shoulders and stretch your arms in both the side while keeping your palms facing up.
  2. Make a 90-degree angle using your arms in the upward direction.
  3. Swing your hands in the front position to keep them close to your elbow and forearms touching on the both sides.
  4. Get back to the starting position and restart with the step one.
  5. Do set of 3 with 10 repetitions of each.

Exercise 3- Bent- over circular row

  1. Now, keep your legs apart from each other in a parallel.
  2. Bend your body in a forward direction in 90 degrees angle.
  3. Keep the dumbbells down and try to move them towards the opposite hand.
  4. Later lift the dumbbells upward and move it towards the chest and then to back.
  5. Here you have extended the position in circular motion.
  6. Perform 3 sets of this exercise with 10 repetitions of it.

Exercise 4- Crisscross reverse fly

  1. Keep a shoulder wide distance between your legs and bend your knees.
  2. Face your head down and bend the knees to only 90 degrees.
  3. Now, hold the weights in your hand while keeping your palms facing towards each other and bend each hand.
  4. Later raise your hands with weight just below the shoulder level.
  5. You have to do 3 sets of this exercise with 10 repetitions.

This exercise will definitely help you to get back to right shape. Additionally, keep your thoughts positive don’t claim that your unappealing or unattractive. Remember one should do the exercise to stay healthy and fit, not to look attractive.
