Things you need

  • Epsom Salts- ½ cup
  • Bentonite Clay- 2 tbsp
  • Apple Cider Vinegar- 1 tbsp
  • Hot water- ½ bucket
  • A tub to soak feet


  1. Take ½ cup of Epsom salt and mix it in the hot water.
  2. Soak your feet in the water until the water cools down.
  3. Now, mix 2 tbsp of bentonite clay and 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar in a small bowl.
  4. Add 2 tbsp of water to dilute the mixture.
  5. Apply the mixture on your feet and allow it to dry for 10 minutes.
  6. Again soak your feet in the warm water for 15 minutes.
  7. Remove your feet from water and pat it dry.

This is a simple process to release the toxins from your body. The built up of toxins in your body can be due to unhealthy eating habits, consumption of saturated fats and processed foods.
